Reopening of the Goat Cheese Factory

For the last twenty years "Las Cabrillas", a factory located in Forres, Santiago del Estero, on National Route 34, has made cheese of good quality from goat milk, turning goat breeding into a productive and sustainable activity, very much needed in this area.

The reopening of the factory was a moving experience, both for the new project members and for those who have been working in the project for long.
